What You’ll Learn
Our comprehensive program is structured to provide you with actionable skills and knowledge. On Day 1, we will cover the pre-interview and preparation stages, including how to use AI to analyze job requirements and create effective selection criteria. You’ll learn how to set a clear agenda, ensuring every interview is consistent and fair. You’ll also master the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result) to conduct objective interviews and learn to read body language and identify verbal “tells” to assess a candidate’s truthfulness and overall fit.
Day 2 focuses on advanced techniques and the crucial final stages of recruitment. You’ll dive deep into competency-based interviewing, learning to assess individual, managerial, and analytical skills. The second half of the day is dedicated to leveraging AI tools for selection and ensuring all legal and administrative requirements are met. Finally, we’ll cover the importance of onboarding and retention, showing you how to use AI to create a seamless and effective onboarding program that reduces start-up costs and employee turnover, helping you secure your organization’s reputation as a preferred employer.
