Conflict Resolution, Diversity & Inclusion

The conflict resolution component is designed to identify and manage the resolution of personal conflict between individuals or teams. The focus is on the workplace, although the same principles can be used elsewhere. Business teams and leaders are equipped with a range of skills and strategies to manage and resolve the conflicts that are an inevitable part of any business process.

The diversity and inclusion component builds an understanding of diversity among people and within a specific workforce, an appreciation of the role and positive impact of that diversity, and how best to manage a diverse workforce in South Africa.
